How Does Rapid PCR Testing Work?

During a rapid PCR test, a clinician gently inserts a swab into the patient’s nostril to collect a mucus sample. The sample is then promptly evaluated in our onsite clinical lab, and results are provided to the patient the same or next day depending on the time of their visit.
